Orders:

All Pascal NU products are made to order. Please allow up to 1 week after payment approval to receive a confirmation email and an estimated ship date for your Pascal NU purchase. We will do our best to make sure your product gets to you in a timely manner, however all production is in-house and meticulous labor is required to ensure peak quality.

 If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please send an e-mail to info@pascalnu.com so that we may add that item to our production list and contact you when the item is available.

Shipping + Handling:

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you provide; we are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. Orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. At our discretion, shipping may be insured via the carrier and may require signature confirmation. If you would prefer an expedited shipment or a shipment from a different carrier, please send an e-mail to info@pascalnu.com with your order request.

Payment:

In order to ensure safe transactions online, Pascal NU will receive your payment via PayPal. Pascal NU does not store its customer’s payment or credit details within its database nor does it sell the names or addresses of its customers.

Return Policy:

If your shipment is damaged upon receipt, promptly send an e-mail to info@pascalnu.com for return and refund instructions. If you are not satisfied with the Pascal NU product you purchased, we can refund the purchase price if and only if the product is returned in perfect condition and is received by Pascal NU within 14 days of its arrival at the shipping address. The item can only be returned if it is unused; there must be no marks or damage to the product. At the sole discretion of Pascal NU, you may receive a partial refund on marked or slightly damaged product.

 All discontinued sale products are final sale, meaning they are not eligible for returns unless damaged in shipment to you. Items designated as “made to order” are not eligible for returns.

The item which you intend to return is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipment so that the item will reach us in its original condition. If all refund requirements specified above are met, your payment (including the original shipping charge) will be refunded in the form in which the original payment was received.
